The control panel of this spot welding machine adopts a high-power output design, the output power can be adjusted in 99 levels, and the welding is more accurate. It is suitable for continuous welding of thousands of points on nickel/nickel-plated plates.
It has a 3-digit digital tube real-time gear position display function, which can not only display the current gear position, but also detect the battery voltage. When in standby, the digital tube alternately displays gear position and supply voltage once per second. When the display is: d+two digits, it means that it is in gear display; when the display shows: three numbers, such as 12.6, it means that the power supply voltage is: 12.6V voltage.
Three working mode design, you can switch between normal power mode, enhanced power mode and super power mode.
The two-point welding delay time is adjustable, and the delay time of 0s or 1s can be set according to the work needs.
It is both a spot welder and a voltmeter. It has a built-in 12-bit high-precision ADC, and the voltage measurement accuracy can reach 0.01 volts. It has a test range of 8-24V and automatically displays the voltage when the power is turned on.
Flexible spot welding pen, 12AWG wire is composed of multiple strands of high-temperature wire, with high torsion resistance and more sensitive operation.
Thick pure copper soldering pen design with aluminum oxide copper spot welding pin to ensure high current passing capability and durability.
The cold pressing process can make the contact area of the pure copper joint large and reduce the internal resistance.

2. Model battery: 3S 4000mah 35C, 3S 5000mah 25C, 3S 8000mah 20C.
3. Car starting power supply: 11.5-14.8V 36-60AH, internal resistance > 2.5 milliohms < 7 milliohms.
4. Self-assembled battery: 11.5-14.8V, total internal resistance <7 milliohms.
