1996 Yu-gi-oh Binder Collection
My guess is that its mostly common/uncommon type.  I'm not familiar with Yugioh other than the name.  I only found 1996 dates on the cards, but I did not go through every single one.  The are NO Dark Magicians or Blue-Eye White Dragon.  These came from a gaming/comic store that closed in 2012 and have been in binder since then.  I took a picture of every single page so you can see all the cards.  Some are holos and there are multiples of several of the slots.
Sorry I did not count every single card.
