Spot welding principle: spot welding is commonly known as butt welding or contact resistance welding. It uses the high temperature formed by instantaneous high current at the contact to fuse the electrode on the metal to be welded.
Operating instructions for spot welding machine:
1. Please read the manual carefully after receiving the product
2. Short press to start, long press to shut down, and no operation for 6 minutes will automatically shut down.
3. Support nickel sheet thickness 0.1-0.2 mm.
4. After the machine is started, the product is in automatic welding mode, which is welded once every 1 second.
5. When the welding head detects contact with metal, it can be output once, and can be welded again after lifting.
6. Ensure that the welding surface of the battery is free of rust, clean and flat.
7. Make sure the nickel plate is clean and flat.
8. Set up the spot welding machine, press it with proper force to make the contact between the welding needle and the nickel sheet, and between the nickel sheet and the battery good. If there is no hanging or bad contact, it can be welded well. Different nickel sheet thicknesses and different gears do not mean that the greater the power, the better the effect. Users can try which gear is more suitable.
9. Android mobile phone charger is used for charging, 5V input (higher voltage is strictly prohibited), charging current is 1A, and 5V/2A charger is recommended. This product supports charging while using.
10. After the machine is started, the output power of the spot welder can be changed by pressing the button briefly, and the blue light indicates the gear.
