This is from the estate of a fellow that owned property in Boone, NC and had a home there. This was purchased for decoration and if played, it was very little. NOTE: There is some very slight separation in the wood on the back (see photos). Very light scratches. Stand is included which is rare to come by. The wood is simply beautiful. It does need new strings. Very handsome. 36" top to bottom.
