Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in Good cosmetic condition. There is some discoloration on the bottom, where there were gaps in the former mounting brackets.  The cables have labels with the output voltages, and we have left these for your convenience in being able to tell what is what when you receive the unit.
Notes:
This supply was removed from a decommissioned system and we only gave it a quick check to make sure the outputs all give proper voltage levels. They do. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
