250 VA AC Power Source.  Three output ranges 67.5V, 135V, 270V.  45 Hz to 20 KHz depending on Plug-in oscillator sold separately.
This unit will arrive in the condition shown, the unit does power on, but I don't know how to generate output. The case is missing some screws and the plastic display cover has partially broken, the unit is offered here on a for parts basis as a result with no warranty.
