This single-phase pool pump motor has a permanent 2-compartment capacitor with a switchless design and a stainless steel shaft. Sealed ball bearings with a 50-degree Celsius ambient temperature and stainless steel threaded shafts add to the motor's rugged drip-proof design.
This single-phase horizontal pool motor also has a UL 1081 design and an open, drip-proof enclosure. The counterclockwise pump end rotation is not reversible. The motor has an output of 1/2 horsepower and 3,450 RPM speed for continuous duty. The ball drive end bearing and rolled steel frame add to the motor's durable, heavy-duty design. This motor has a square flange, 48Y frame.
