Circuit Specialists 3711A (300W) Programmable DC Electronic Load (1 of 2)The Circuit Specialists 3711A is a single input precision Programmable DC Electronic Load. It has been used to test PC power supplies (programmed to place a constant DC load on the 12V power supply outputs during testing). The 3711A can handle from 0 to 360 VDC input and can dissipate from 0 to 300W. The 3711A Electronic Load incorporates four cooling fans for stable operation.
The 3711A provides a convenient way to test various equipment including power supplies and batteries. It offers constant current mode, constant resistance mode, and constant power mode. Programming is easily accomplished using either the front panel controls or remotely using a PC (RS232/RS485). The large backlight LCD, numerical keypad and rotary knob make it very easy to use.
