Custom Delrin Bushings for TRX450ER and TRX 450R 2004-2014 Models. Tired of replacing swing arm bearings on your 450R? We were too! The need for these was derived from real world testing and rigorous testing in the hills of Pennsylvania. The problem is that on cross country rides the swing arm bearings on the TRX models were simply falling apart resulting in excessive swing arm play and chain derailment. These bushings are machined for negative clearance and will need to be pressed into the swing arm for installation. Once installed you can enjoy many more miles of service from the swing arm pivot point than with a set of replacement needle bearing style inserts. Our original prototypes have over 5500 miles of trail riding on them. Still going strong! The original bearing sleeves must be re-used with the Delrin bushing kit. If your sleeves are damaged then they will also need to be replaced. We recommend replacing the swing arm bolt and nut when performing this service. We have also designed a press tool to aid in removing the old needle bearing sleeves. See other auctions for 450er press tool.
