    The diameter and depth of welding spot is related to the shape of welding pin and oxidation of the welding pin surface.The diameter is 0.3-0.6mm and depth is 0.05-0.15mm of good quality welding spot which is not easy to separate because of shaking.This is depended on the good shape of welding pin to make sure the electric conductibility.
    The instantaneously temperature of pin reach at approximate 1600℃-1800℃,that will consume welding pin and become oxidized blackening so that diameter of welding pin will become bigger and bigger.And it would increase welding current and power so that would affect welding's quality and be into vicious circle.
