This product is suitable for the new generation HDS models such as HDS 7/10, 10/20, 12/18 etc.
This RM111 water "hardener" is the opposite of the RM110 water "softener". It is designed for soft water areas and prevents calcifying which leads to corrosion of the inside of your heating coil.
