Gorgeous Ladies Vintage Elaborate Gold Metallic on Black Soutache Belt / Sash

Gorgeous vintage / antique black and antique gold soutache belt. Completely hand sewn, this is some of the most elaborate soutache I have seen. The face of the belt is completely covered in hand work which is done in black and antiqued metallic gold thread. The belt reverses to solid black satin. Overall length measurement from tassel to tassel is 72". Width is 2". The mid-section of the belt is reinforced between the face and underside (for stiffness and body). This section of the belt measures 28.5" long. I believe this is likely from the 1940’s. Beautiful and elegant. Handmade. Buyer pays .00 domestic shipping.
