  • Condition: The B+ output appears to be working well (I measured approx 392 V DC at the terminals). The C- Dial is very stiff to turn and I am not seeing any corresponding output either on the analog gauge or measure with a DMM on the output terminals. The fixed AC outputs appear to be functioning properly. The case has some missing paint and the handle on the right side is missing a bracket. Please take a look at the photos and let me know if you have any questions. I've done my best to describe how it is currently operating and it is being sold as-is, understanding that it is not fully operational.
