    Description

    This has been powered up. It makes a kind of fan like sound when running. When I turned the "Voltage" knob the left VU meter moves. The "Current" knob is sticky/kind tight to move and may need cleaning. No power cable is included. I do not have the equipment to test further. Sold as is no returns. Please be sure you agree with those conditions prier to purchise.
