This is a Brand New Super Duty 0 AWG Alternator/Battery Positive 80" Cable.
Made by both AM General & TechVets they produce this wiring harness / cable for the federal government in their Colorado Springs production line.
This cable was specifically made for the battery cables to recondition the Humvee fleet. This part, National Stock Number 6150014167899, is for the military Humvee. It goes from the batteries below the passenger seat, through the firewall and left to the starter. Thus it does not fit the commercial version of the Humvee.

The M13486/1-14 cable (Google it) consists of over 1,000 strands (you read right; that's over a thousand strands) of TIN-PLATED 30-gauge copper wire. All these strands are woven together in 80-inch lengths to bring to you the toughest, most formidible cable ever to pump battery current throughout the electrical system of your truck The outside insulator (out of three different insulators) bears an uncanny resemblance--and thickness--to a fully mature, adult Rattlesnake. A short ton of copper was mined from the Nevada mountains to make this cable, and is therefore quite heavy. Plan on using heavy-duty clamping and very robust tie wraps for your installation of this cable!
