  • Condition: Hammered Dulcimer like instrument looks complete it has one string missing the graphics for string tuning are pealing it could be playable with a good tuning or it makes a nice decor item. This one is very rare as far as I can tell, could not find another on the web. What you get is the item in pictures.. I know nothing about these I think it may be from the 1970's . This one was part of a collection of several instruments and sold as is. Shows light use. See the pictures for condition. absolutely sold as is no returns !!! It is large about and weighs a good amount and will be costly to ship . I assume this is a type of a hammered dulcimer. It has 8 groups of 9 strings very cool..

    LARGE VINTAGE ZITHER / HARP  STRINGED INSTRUMENT COLLECTIBLE  MADE IN EAST GERMANY IN THE 70'S I GUESS VERY UNIQUE.

    This Harp / Zither / Dulcimer  is old and made in what they called German Democratic Republic we called it East Germany in as close as I can tell the 1970's  I have not seen another just like it. Musima was a well know  guitar builder and I think they built it.   I know very little about these instruments so it is sold as is, appears to be complete maybe minus some of  the strings.    It has some pealing to the chord/note chart .  It is a very nice gloss black with plenty of shine, great paint job, great rose, awesome & rare instrument. It has 8 groups of 9 strings each.   The item you see in the pictures is the actual item you will receive.
