I'm not sure if this is used but it appears complete but does not include instructions or other paperwork.  The main lock housing shows some finish scuffing and there is what I would best describe as light oxidation on the magnet outer surfaces.  I opened the end that holds the circuit board so you can see the condition (appears as new) and the interior maker label.  I also opened the other end and slid out the magnet a little so you can see it is present.  It comes with a few bags of mounting hardware, again, not sure if all of that is complete but the bags are sealed.  The original box has a lot of wear and tear and has some stains.
