RETURN POLICY
There are NO RETURNS on Discontinued or Close-out items.
You must notify us in advance of all returns for authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.
