Feature:
-Wide choice of welding power supply: lithium battery power supply or 12V car battery.
-The controller is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and the output pulse is accurate, which ensures the welding quality.
-With LCD display, which can display welding parameters.
-The soldering pen and the input wire are connected by U-shaped cold-pressed terminals, which is easy to disassemble and replace.
-Use the automatic touch welding mode, while retaining the manual trigger interface, you can choose according to your own use.
-The power board uses 2 strands of bronze to increase the overcurrent capacity. Use 5 300A MOS tube, undisassembled MOS tube.
-MOS tube driver adopts imported special chip driver. The fastest MOS tube can reach 20nS. The switch is fast and can prevent the explosion of electronic tube and non-triode push-pull drivers.
-MOS driver design adds a transient diode to protect MOS and prevent lamp explosion.
-10AWG multifilament flexible wire is used for welding pen wire and input wire to increase the overcurrent capability.
-This controller is mainly used for welding 0.1mm to 0.12mm nickel-plated steel strip.
-A 25V 10000uF high-frequency low-resistance capacitor is added to the power input terminal for energy compensation, thereby improving welding stability.

Only the spot welder kit, does not include the demonstration of other accessories in the picture.

1: 12V car battery (25-40ahah), requires good performance and low internal resistance
2: 4000 to 6000mAh 45C to 60C 3S model aircraft lithium battery
3: 30 to 35ah 12V capacity lithium battery pack

Welding 0.1 to 0.12mm thick nickel-plated steel strip
Energy setting:
The energy must gradually increase from 01, and the maximum value cannot exceed 50.
Exceeding the above conditions may damage the controller.
