Description

I plugged my lamp into it and it got brighter and dimmer as I turned the dial clockwise/counterclockwise so it's in working condition. It has scratches, blemishes, flaws, imperfections, etc. The power cord is in bad condition and needs to be replaced. It's dirty and could use some cleaning.
