TPS7A4701/TPS7A3301 are high-performance high precision low-noise linear regulators, with high PSSR performance, wide voltage range input, and excellent voltage noise index, so they are widely used in many applications.
Based on these two excellent chips, Douk Audio Studio developed this linear power supply module, small and convenient with simple wiring, very suitable for providing power for HiFi audio devices such as DAC / ADC / amplifier / op amp / RF circuit etc.
Perfect design guarantees its high performance, both of positive and negative voltage output can be adjusted, features with low noise, low ripple, and power indicator can clearly show the working status. Also with built-in current value limitation and overheat protection, can work stably and safely.
Adopting reasonable layout, lots of filtering capacitors that basically restore the original chip indicators, also suitable for student learning competitions and power requirements in the development of companies or personal projects.
Precautions for Usage:
1. The module without reverse connection and overvoltage protection, please check carefully before powering on, otherwise the module will be damaged.
2. The heating of module is mainly determined by the I/O voltage difference and the load current. Please use the module reasonably. Generally, 30% space of load current should be reserved if long time used.
3. The module is a step-down module, and the input voltage needs to be 0.5V greater than the output for stable output.
4. When the load is large or the I/O voltage difference is large, heat dissipation measures can be appropriately increased, otherwise the chip will be overheated or damaged.
