This circuit with 12V battery will become a storage spot welding machine for lithium battery, nickel-chromium battery and other nickel sheet welding; according to different configurations can be welded thickness of 0.1MM-0.15mm or so
The button can switch modes. Each mode corresponds to different welding time. The LED corresponds to red / green / blue / white / yellow / pink /purple, 7 modes, the shortest red time and the largest purple welding time. Long press to set the waiting time, the default is 3 seconds; the maximum can be set to 10 seconds
Specification:
Current requirements: 150A or more instantaneous output (such as car starter power supply, 3S RC high-power battery pack, 20A lead-acid battery with good performance above 20A)
This PCB board should be powered by 7-12s power supply.

Note:
The 18650 battery cannot be used as a power supply. It must have a high rate RC battery or a car battery
Function button:
The button can shift switch. Each mode corresponds to a different welding time. The LED corresponds to 7 modes in red / green / blue / white / yellow / powder / purple, the shortest red time and the longest purple welding time. Long press to set the timeout, the default is 3 seconds, the maximum can be set within 10 seconds
Note:
It requires some welding technology and knowledge of circuits.
The pieces received are pieces, which must be assembled by welding
When using it, start with the lowest gear, do not use the highest gear at first, because it will burn easily.
Capacitors need to be soldered or instant reset will cause the MOS to break!
Before soldering, first do a power-up test to make sure the board is in good condition. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles when wiring. Do not use a 2-wire soldering tool. When using the 3-wire iron, please note that the soldering iron must be grounded, or there will be a risk of breaking with the Mos.
