Description
This is a vintage Vanity Fair ivory colored camisole that was originally a short slip but that was shortened to about 25" long. The alteration was done with scissors (fairly tidily) and nothing else was done - no hemming or application or lace - although this piece has survived for decades and decades, you may want to finish the alteration nicely as it seems a bit shorter in the back than in the front and the cutting was not altogether even. This is a Vanity Fair garment with the blue script label which dates it to the 1960s. Constructed of Tricot, all nylon it has a shaped bodice with lace and adjustable straps.
Labeled size 34 S . The letter S gives away the fact that this was originally a 'short' slip.
