Items will only be delivered during normal working hours
(9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number. While we endeavor to send all our items with tracking numbers, there may be a few smaller items that are not sent with a tracking number.
Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
If it is the buyer's personal reason to return the item ,the return postage fee would be at buyer's charge. Plus, the buyer also need to pay 10% restocking fee.
Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days.

- Any postage labels or return paperwork must be stuck on the outside box.
Once the item has been returned, we will need to deduct the initial dispatch and also the return freight charges from your refund.
