    Xantrex XHR 40-15 Programmable Variable DC Power Supply 0-40V 0-15A - Parts
    Has some scratches, scuffs, stickers and sticker residue.
    Test results are:  No output. When the green front panel earth ground is not connected to the "-" terminal, the "S/D" lamp is ON and cant be turned off.
    When the green front panel earth ground is connected to the "-" terminal, the "S/D" lamp is OFF but the output appears to be unregulated and swings wildly.
    Does not come with power cord or load.
